Somatic healing is a process that involves peeling back layers of trapped emotions, traumatic events, and energetic patters that are trapped in your body, mind, and auric field.

Here are the steps to get started:

STEP 1:    

If you are new I suggest we begin with a 15 min conversation.

 Here we go over what you need support with and what how to begin.

 

STEP 2:   

From there all NEW CLIENTS are honored a special rate for the first month.

This gives you the opportunity to dive right in, create consistency, and get relief.

 

STEP 3:   

After the first month, the price will go up to the usual rate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. My cancellation and refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that I can continue to serve my clients with care and commitment.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds for Somatic Breathwork Class. However if you can't make the time you can transfer your credit to another class date.
